BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Division Director, the Business Development Manager plays a strategic role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new markets, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and leveraging a strong professional network.
The position involves securing complex contracts in the industrial, institutional, and commercial sectors for multidisciplinary projects related to energy and services.
TASKS
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted sectors
- Build and maintain a professional network to generate qualified leads
- Develop business strategies aligned with the company’s transformation goals
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and sector developments
- Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals, including contract analysis and internal validations
- Track performance indicators and report using Salesforce
- Lead and coordinate business development meetings with the executive committee
- Perform any other related duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- University degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years in a similar role
- Strong network in industrial, institutional, or commercial sectors
- Expertise in strategic negotiation and commercial contract preparation
- Experience in B2B business development, ideally in energy, construction, or technical services
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Strong English communication skills to interact with international clients and suppliers
